Angelica Maria Vale Hartman, also known by the name Angelica Vale, is a Mexican-American actress, singer impersonator comedian and radio personality known also as the daughter of Angelica Maria La Novia de Mexico and also as the daughter of comic Raul Vale. In 1973, she was credited as the person who launched her own La Balada Ranchera (Ranchera Ballad) music genre, which reached the top of the charts, making Angelica Maria the first Latin artist to have sold two million copies in the United States.
